RAIN FALLING DOWN FROM THE CEILING!!!

When there's rain and filled up the reservoir during low tides... the gates will be opened.

ALLL DA GATES OPENED!

Closing... Anyhow, it takes about half an hour to open one gate!!!

So if the tides are high, gates can't be opened and they have to use this second technology to remove the water from the reservoir to prevent flooding... I asked hyder why didn't they use this straight away then don't have to so ma fan build the gates... he said THIS METHOD MORE EXPENSIVE! OHHHH!!!! And this method very cool lor! IT CAN EMPTY AN OLYMPIC POOL IN ONE MINUTE!!!!!
